Cost Effective Service - Funding Options
 

Traditionally, most solicitors charge on the basis of an
hourly rate. 

This is not our philosophy.  We recognise that
this is not popular with clients as it can lead to
unpredictable costs with the result that clients are often
concerned that they have no control over their solicitor’s
bills.    

We prefer to take a consultative and flexible approach with our Clients whereby our fees are not billed by the clock but, wherever possible, on the basis of fixed fees, thus removing the uncertainty.

We can also offer:-

• detailed specific advice involving consideration of documentation for an agreed fee calculated according to number of documents and complexity.
   

Where an agreed fee is not in your best interests, we may offer the following alternative funding option-:
