What is a No Win-No Fee Agreement?

A "no win no fee agreement" or Conditional Fee Arrangement is an agreement you enter into with us whereby  you do not have to pay your legal costs for bringing or defending a claim in the event that you are unsuccessful.  If you are successful, the No Win No Fee Agreement normally entitles us to recover an uplift on our legal costs from your opponent, which reflects the risk we take of not getting paid for bringing your claim.

We will also, where possible, put in place insurance to cover payment of your opponent’s legal costs and disbursements so you will usually have nothing to pay if you lose.

We will discuss with you at the outset whether we consider your particular case is suitable for a no win no fee agreement and will fully explain its terms and effects.

For more information on no win no fee agreements call one of our solicitors on 029 20 660157, you can also email us at enquiries@churchgatelegal.co.uk.
